Macau is not only a city with a million Casinos, but at the same place of worship an awesome collection of houses.
There are so many Catholic churches here because when the Portuguese first arrived on the coast of China in the year 1557, Macau was created as one of the Christian stronghold in Asia as well as a place of trade and is regarded as the “City of the Name of God, Macau”. So no wonder if many chapels and churches stand in this small town. (more…)
